If you had placed an order recently using Hotmail/Outlook-based email (e.g. yourname@hotmail.com) and didn’t receive your order confirmation, please contact our customer support at support@pop-it.ca or via chat on the site (chat icon is located at the right bottom of your screen), and provide us with:
• your order number or your Hotmail/Outlook email used at the time of purchase;
• an alternative email (not ending with @hotmail.com or @outlook.com);
• your cell phone number.

Due to ongoing software conflict between Google (our mailing infrastructure) and Microsoft (Hotmail/Outlook mailboxes) services, we cannot guarantee the delivery of order confirmation emails and order status update notifications.
